Soil Collection

Seven jars of soil were collected from Wampum Park in Eatontown in 2021. One jar went to the National Memorial for Peace and Justice in Montgomery AL, to be displayed along with hundreds of other jars from lynching sites all over the country. Another is on permanent display at the T. Thomas Fortune Cultural Center in Red Bank, and the remaining five are part of an educational traveling exhibit throughout the state of NJ. If you are interested in hosting the soil, contact us.
